“Great selection of plants and every plant that I have purchased from them has thrived amazingly. Their staff is very helpful and attentive and know what they are talking about. Here is a picture of a beautiful Snake plant I purchased from them a few months back and just repotted. Only place I would go to in Laredo for my gardening needs.”

“This is hands down the best garden center around! The plants are incredibly healthy, the selection is fantastic, and the staff is genuinely knowledgeable and friendly. It's a truly inspiring place to shop.”

“I need to post this review because you guys are amazing and the plants/trees are the best. I bought 2 medium indoor plants (zz and snake) with you and the person who helped me took the heavy plants and soil to my car, what a difference here. I live in a different state where plants and pots are very expensive and sadly the customer service is bad. Please don’t stop that great customer service, lovely plants, and quality overall. Thank you!”

“Extremely over priced for what is being sold there. I checked out the other nurseries in town and found the same exact plants for half the price. on top of that when i decided to check out and pay for the few plants i purchased the owner "accidentally" overcharged me $70 and when i told him there must be an error he kept saying no until he checked again and admitted to over charging me. I understand the location of this establishment is in the wealthier side of laredo and they probably over charge all their customers all the time but this place needs to appeal to the rest of laredo instead of the few wealthy customers stopping by to purchase over priced plants that are found in other local nurseries for half the price. overall just over rated and very high prices”

“Excellent service and trees and plants. The owner even opened the door on Sunday after noon after he closed because we came from out of town to buy a few trees! We have bought alot of trees plants from here and they havent died!”

“YardArt on DelMar is a great locally owned nursery in Laredo and I’ll never buy trees or plants from anyone else. It is owned by a father-son duo both named Tony Barrera. Both father and son are friendly, have extensive knowledge and thoroughly answer any question I throw at them and have provided me with excellent customer service. Long story short, In Sept 2023 I purchased an oak tree from them and also paid to have it professionally delivered and planted. They had a great selection. After making the purchase (but before it was delivered) I decided an oak tree would eventually grow too big for the space where I wanted to plant it, Mr. Barrera said he’d be happy to give me my money back for the oak tree and said, “the most important thing is that you are happy with your tree because you’re going to have to look at it forever”. I decided I wanted a texas ebony tree instead and while they didn’t have one in stock, they soon found a one in Houston. They brought it down to Laredo and planted it for me, the tree looks great! They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations providing me with updates every step of the way. They even sent pictures of the tree before getti”

“Amazing place! Tony is super friendly and knowledgeable, and the place is absolutely gorgeous. Felt like stepping into another world. The cats are super cute too! Left with a cute succulent. Support mom and pop shops!”

“Traveled from Houston to Laredo for a family member’s funeral and noticed all the Anacahuitas( Mexican Olive trees) on our way down. Started calling nurseries in Laredo. Yardart had some available! This is a very unique and well stocked nursery. Tony was very helpful as well as the other employees. We came home with 2 Anacahuitas. Thanks so much for your help! Hopefully our next trip we will have more time to browse.”

“Great business to find all your plant needs. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the upkeep of your plants. Their inventory is unmatched. They also carry a large inventory of chemicals to keep your plants healthy in this South Texas heat.”

“Yardart is seriously amazing! My kids kept saying how much they loved it as well. I highly recommend stopping in, even just to enjoy their beautiful plants! Such a gem! The customer service is top notch as well! We will absolutely be getting our plants here from now on! The prices are also very fair!”

“Amazing service very friendly and educational i brought my coleus in because I had no idea how to care for it they put one of the leaves under a microscope and found out it had fungus thankfully they set me up with a spray and new spoil at a great price and I will definitely be coming back 10/10 recommend this is my new go to place for plants and plant advice not to mention the huge variety of plants they have”

“Yardart has the best grass and plants in town! This is the one place where they sell full pallets of grass and the greenest I’ve seen. I feel so welcomed walking into this store with the very kind owners and amazing set up, you feel like you’ve walked into a paradise. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, with the biggest variety of rare and one of a kind plants. You’re doing a great job baby, love you 🌸🍃”

“Yard art is considered one of Laredo's staple! They've been around for over 20 years and continue to provide great service. Tony B, Tony Jr and Amanda have so much knowledge and understanding of the Plante kingdom! I managed to do some volunteer work for Yard Art in the past and experienced first hand how much care and passion they have for their plants, succulents, trees and helping their comuunity. If you are looking to build the yard of your dreams, Yard Art is definitely the place to visit. Over the years, I have sent several people to Yard Art and continue to hear great feedback in return. I encourage you to visit Yard Art today if you are looking to to transform your outdoor or indoor living space. I hope to continue shopping at Yard Art for another 20 years.”

“This place is HUGE! Wide variety of plants and choices, and you can’t see how big it is from the street. The street view doesn’t do it justice. Also staff was very helpful and friendly and loaded my truck for me.”

“It’s a very friendly and helpful garden center. The center is very appeasing to the eyes for all the plants. This garden center atmosphere showed me the quality of product. Would visit again, would recommend”
