“Our landscaping at our home was from the 90’s. The freeze two years ago did a number on our shrubs. We met with 3 different landscapers for estimates. I really felt that Roots would do the best job. The owner, Josh seemed to share the vision I had with the project and I really liked that this company is Lubbock locally owned, family owned! Josh and Roots, Keep up the good work and thanks for caring. Thank you for the beautiful landscaping done on my yard. I'm very pleased with everything from the work done, as well as the reasonableness of the quote, and your work ethics. Several of our neighbors have stopped by just to compliment our new landscaping and the wonderful upgrade and curb appeal. I'll continue to refer you to any of my friends who request landscaping done. Such a nice, new, beautiful, upgraded appearance of our home!”

“I have never been more pleased with a lawn and landscaping company! They are professional, timely, and do excellent work. They are much more than some guys that mow your lawn. They are very knowledgeable about regional landscaping "dos," "don'ts," and trends. Their prices are fair and they even do Christmas lights - perfect for this time of year. We have, and continue to, use them at all of our businesses and at my personal home.”

“Edited to Add: Roots did call me back and explain that they had been having phone issues and apologized for the delay in response. They were also kind enough to send me a list of vendors who could possibly help me with my yard issue. They followed up to make sure I'd received the list of vendors and I let them know that I had received it. I am unable to delete my negative review but wanted to update it. I've left 2 messages and called 3 times to try to get an estimate to have some work done on my front yard. I started calling on Tuesday and as of Thursday no one has returned my call. They're outgoing voicemail message says that my call is very important to them but it seems that is not the case. I tried to go by the address listed on Google and it's the AT&T store on 82nd. This company was recommended to me by Ashton Walden but not sure they're worthy of being recommended by such a reputable company.”
