“The first service was great, but after that, I was told that I would be charged for bagging the grass? Never heard of anyone charging extra to bag the grass that usually comes with the service.? on our third service, we noticed that the grass was cut and not bagged and it looked horrible. He had to come back and pick up the grass which he did not pick up all of it. We had to have someone come out and fix it.”
