I worked with Mark Hays, he was very professional throughout and very responsive. Even after the service ended I contacted him about 1 broken sprinkler head; he sent the service personnel and they took care of it very quickly. I never felt any sort of pressure from mark to get this done from the minute we interacted very first time nor he tried to sell me anything but instead he listened to my need and provided recommendations based on my questions. The service persons were very professional throughout also, never felt they were rushing. Overall, I could not be happier about my front yard work done by college fund. Twice, no one showed up. The third time, they were late after waiting for two hours. This total disregard for my time led me to cancel monthly service with them. They apparently have enough business that they don’t need to treat existing customers with respect for their time. I don’t need to give my hard earned money to a company with such poor customer service.”
