“In an apparent drunk driving blackout, the driver of an Arcadia Landscaping truck drives his truck and work trailer onto the pedestrian sidewalk, blocking it and Wickersham Street. The driver is nowhere to be found. The truck's Texas License Plate number is SWW - 7926. September 16, 2025.”
