“Rob with Canyon Springs did a great job in testing my Backflow prevention system. Easy to do business with since they are fully digital. Simply schedule online and they show up and you pay the bill. I will definitely use them again.”

“I booked a 1 hour appointment(max available on the website). Their technician showed up and confirmed the problem I told them I had in less than 10 minutes (wiring break), but said the repairs would take longer than the time remaining in the 1 hour appointment. He said his boss would contact me with an estimate to finish. The technician offered to do other work for the remaining time, but I only needed the repairs I had called them out to do. And they wouldn’t start those. I have contacted this company multiple times since then with no return or even acknowledgment that they received my correspondence. They have emailed me multiple times, however, with a duplicate bill for the original 1 hour appointment which I paid on the same day of service. I feel completely ripped off. Stolen from. They ran off with my money never to be heard from again. Terrible customer service and bad business practices.”

Which I am grateful for, because that would cost me greatly in my water bills. I can let you know more later when I actually run the system at a later date.
