Charlie's Quality Lawn Care

Charlie's Quality Lawn Care runs out of Von Ormy, Texas, and takes on landscaping, lawn care, and tree service work across the San Antonio region including Somerset, Leon Valley, Pleasanton, and Lackland AFB. The outfit sticks to practical yard work that holds up under Texas heat and keeps properties in shape without complications. They offer a direct 10 percent discount to veterans and military customers. Homeowners in these parts call them for regular maintenance plus bigger fixes like tree planting and debris removal that match the demands of local yards.

Ricky and his crew handle the day to day jobs that come up, such as mowing tall grass, edging along sidewalks and driveways, and full yard cleanups that leave no clippings behind. One customer had grass that was overgrown but the team cut it down, picked up every bit of debris, and added extra touches to improve the look without being asked. Another time Ricky showed up the same day to plant three trees at a better price than other outfits quoted. They also trim trees, lay mulch and rock, pressure wash surfaces, and install new landscaping while keeping prices low and finishing fast so the property looks neat again.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up, the crew shows up quick, and the charges stay reasonable without surprises. Reviews point to strong results on quality from clean finishes and solid edging, fast response times on calls for mowing or tree jobs, fair rates compared to competitors, and clear updates before and after each visit. Ricky gets mentioned often for knowing the local plants and getting things done right the first time. DIRT Score 4.39 from 26 reviews on Finds.

“The guys did a great job, I tipped them a little more than they asked for. They did extra things to make things look great even though I didn’t make them do it. I appreciate the effort they put in I know my grass but high but they did a great job and even cleaned up all the cut grass and everything. Well done Gentlemen!”

“Ricky is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time very knowledgeable about the product in which he carries. And what’s probably most important to anyone he has absolutely fair prices. Was able to come out and plant 3 trees in my yard same day for a way better price than anyone who would come weeks from now Thanks bro !!!!”
