They contacted me Thursday (3/11/21) evening close to 9pm to reschedule my appointment for Friday at 10am. First of all that was an inappropriate time to contact a potential client. Second of all, they contacted me by text, not even a phone and didn't even identify themselves on the text message. Friday morning 10am, no show, not even a call. At 10:15am I finally receive a call let me know that the gentleman is running late and he will be there in 45 minutes or can reschedule for Saturday again at 8:30am. I told him that was fine, I'll wait 45 minutes. 11am rolls around and once again, no show. I have to call him at 11:15am and ask the guy if he was still coming. He apologized and said it was going to be a little while longer. By this time I have become impatient and have already pushed back my errands and plans waiting on this company. This was very unprofessional and a waste of my time. I do not recommend using this company for your lawn care needs.”

“I found this company through google. I relied on the reviews and called them. I was not having big hopes after getting into hands of some prior landscapers. And took my chance! And i was lucky to have found this company. The owner is a true professional. We told him that due to some personal reasons we need the work in 48 hrs and it was a major project. It looked impossible to finish in 48 hrs but He fulfilled his promise. He finished the project and it came out so beautiful. I wish him all success in future ventures. I highly recommend him.”

Fine, I'm okay with that, though I was put off by the unfriendliness of the person who answered the phone. I tried 3 times to submit the form, even reloaded the page, and was told each time to "correct the highlighted information"...it was my name. How do I correct my name?? Even checked to make sure I hadn't added extra spaces. So I called the number back to see if I could leave a message for a return call. This time it rang at least 10 times until it sounded like someone answered and then "click"...pretty sure they hung up to get it to stop ringing. I don't usually leave negative reviews. I usually just walk away. But this isn't a professional way to run a business.”
