Quality First Masonry LLC

Quality First Masonry LLC works out of Seguin, Texas, and centers its efforts on landscaping that pairs with hardscaping to handle the demands of central Texas properties. The crew draws from experience laying brick, stone, and concrete while shaping yards that stand up to intense sun, occasional heavy rains, and the clay-heavy soils common around the Guadalupe River area. Local homeowners regularly face drought followed by flash flooding, which makes proper grading and drainage part of every job from the start. The company builds landscapes that stay practical rather than just decorative, matching the pace of work to what the site actually needs instead of forcing a standard plan.

They install flagstone and paver patios, construct firepits with seating areas, add stone steps, and build retaining walls that keep slopes stable. Landscaping work includes laying out flowerbeds, setting mailboxes, and blending soft plantings with stone borders so water runs off correctly during storms. Crews start by walking the property to spot drainage issues or sun exposure problems that could kill new plantings later. In Seguin the heat can bake new sod or flowers fast, so the team chooses materials and plants that survive without constant watering once established. Jobs often combine several of these elements on one property to create usable outdoor space without leaving loose ends that erode over a season or two.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real use and the crew shows up when promised while keeping costs in line with what was quoted. Reviews highlight clean job sites, clear updates during the project, and results that match the original discussion without extra charges for small fixes. Quality stands out in how the stonework and plantings settle together instead of shifting after the first big rain. Speed comes from crews that know the local ground conditions and avoid rework. This steady record across price, communication, and finished results produces the current standing. DIRT Score 4.43 from 24 reviews on Finds.
