“RUN! We hired this company for a $32,000 landscaping job that was supposed to take 2 weeks. It took over 2 months and ended with a $25,000 “extras” bill that was never clearly communicated. A few positives: irrigation work and flagstone pathways were done well. Everything else was a problem. • No weed barrier used anywhere—now constant weeds • Installed Mexican palms that don’t survive Central Texas (cost us $3,750 to replace) • Poor planting—my wife literally planted all 17 pots herself because the crew didn’t know how • Change orders never explained (pots were $500 each and added without clear approval) • Turf install ($12,500) was a complete failure—crew had no experience and used YouTube • Drainage done incorrectly (downsized pipe), now causing ongoing damage. We’ve been quoted $19,000 to fix their turf and drainage mistakes. Owner initially agreed to fix the turf, took $12,000 more from us, then backed out and voided all warranties claiming “non-payment.” Crews were inexperienced, showed up late, left early, and often didn’t have the right tools or materials. We’ve hired an attorney. If this gets made right, I’ll update. Until then, I would not recommend this company.”

“The team did such an amazing job! Everyone on the team, Logan, Jace, LT, and Jimmy were all so professional. They took extra care putting down mulch and putting the cobblestone back in place and reworking a central feature in our back yard. Also, they were so kind to speak with me about plants. I just cannot express my sincere appreciation enough, they are by far the best landscapers and plan on using them with future needs for this kind of quality service!”

“For over 1yr we were experiencing a "backyard makeover" that went horribly wrong!! We were scammed by a local contractor and left with a messy half finished project. “We needed a large rectangle section of our backyard to have work done. The grass needed to be removed, crushed granite added, and the whole section leveled off. To say I am pleased is a tremendous understatement! Green Ackors was very prompt in coming out to survey the area and provide a quote on cost as well as a timeframe. They were able to get the job done in about 3 weeks, which was huge as other quotes were 5-8 weeks. Now for the job itself, the men they had working on this project have been absolutely fantastic! The men worked efficiently and incredibly hard, just did a fantastic job including clean up. The one gentleman communicated with me daily, was so incredibly respectful! When I tell you they worked hard- it’s such an understatement. These guys didn’t stop and the quality of the work is so evident! I am elated with their dedication to detail, quality of work, the communication on their part, and being able to grasp my babbling rambles as to what I was looking for.
