“If we could give 0 stars we would. My wife and I don't normally submit these kinds of reviews, but we've exhausted all efforts to resolve issues directly with Fallas with no results, a refusal to correct their mistakes, and accusations that we're asking too much and directing us to fix things ourselves. At one point, we were told that some of our plants were likely dug up by a dog (we don't have a dog) and that fixing their issues was "inconvenient" for them due to the distance to our home (even though we are within their service area and they did the original project). We hired Fallas for a $15k project last year (2022) and have had problems ever since. It started with poor "professional" recommendations for the types of native plants that would allegedly do well in Texas but ended up dying even though we followed the suggested watering schedule. After much back and forth, Fallas eventually replaced some (not all) with other plants that don't fit the space and are displeasing to say the least. Now we're left with the remaining dead plants from the original design, poorly placed and overcrowded plants, an irrigation drip line that is ineffective, and confusing accusations from th”

“We made the change to Fallas Landscape a little more than a year ago due to a very disappointing experience with our previous company. Our backyard had been decimated due to poor maintenance and our front yard was lacking. We did our research and talked with others and made our decision. It has been one of our best. “Fallas recently redesigned our bland builder-grade landscaping into something special that we’re very proud of. Their crews were on time and cleaned up after themselves each day of the project. In addition to hardscape work, plantings, and additional lighting, they were able to fix irrigation issues caused by previous companies’ “fixes”. This company is a shining example of “you get what you pay for”. I now have the prettiest front yard in the neighborhood, and am thrilled! We won’t hesitate to use Fallas for our outdoor kitchen when we’re ready.”

“We picked the right company! You never know what your going to get. We had several companies come out and do an evaluation of our yard and Fallas was the most knowledgeable and professional. We also received our quote from them way before anyone else. The crew that came out to do the work was very courteous and hard working. Any questions that I had were handled by the crew chief and he was awesome. He even showed me a couple of landscaping tricks! Overall the experience was an A+. The back yard is immaculate!!!!!”

“We initially had a very professional experience with Fallas landscaping, however when are very expensive artificial turf began coming up around the edges and when the seams began exposing themselves a few months after it was installed, we contacted Fallas landscaping and asked them to make repairs. We have not had a response. Additionally there are several sinkholes underneath our turf which have formed in areas where it seems that the foundation of the turf was insufficient or not properly installed. I would not recommend this company unless they read this post and decide to do the right thing and make the needed repairs.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. We had a meeting on March 25th and have yet to receive a bid. It's now May 5th, so 6 weeks later. We have followed up with Dave Ramey at least 6 times via phone and text over the past month and have not received a response. We have also spoken with Joy, the office manager, at least 3 times. She said she would have Dave call us or send the bidand he has not. In the meantime, we could have found another contractor but we believed Dave would get back to us. Now we have lost the entire spring and have to start from square 1. This would have been a fairly large job, at least 10k, so I'm not sure why he would refuse to give us a bid after coming to meet with us. If he was not interested in the job, he could have easily just told us that he was too busy or not interested, and we could have moved on to another contractor. Absolutely horrible and disappointing customer service!”

“West Plano prices $$$$ for crummy service. Their experts are anything but experts. I got a notice from HOA (as did every customer of Fallas). Then they tried to upsell me an additional $6,000 to fix the problem with my yard. The alternative I discovered cost a grand.”

“We had them work on a structure, fence and landscape design. They did a horrible job and did not listen on the landscaping we wanted. So we did a much better job by ourselves.. They also built a fence that was not discussed. When I called to discuss Dave laughed and was very unprofessional. The owner after winning the job was completely unresponsive.”

“Whoever was driving at 715am on Parker rd with the license plate RSD 5117 was driving incredibly unsafe. Tailgated me when i tried to overtake slower cars in the right lane (there was plenty space when i got into the left lane, i even accelerated quickly) and then brake checked me, not to mention going 65+ in a 55 mph road. Someone that dumb to do all that in a company vehicle should not be employed.”
