“Called and got an automated voice. Should've been the first red flag. It told me I only needed to wait 25 minutes. 40 minutes later I gave up and called another service which showed up just 20 minutes later. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. If a company has to use a clanker to take calls, it's not worth using at all.”

“I do not recommend this company. I needed a remote made for my truck and set an appointment for two days later. Called after waiting an extra 45 minutes and he said he told me he would be by sometime that day, and that he was in another city helping. So I called the office number and they confirmed appt but that he was a franchisee and they could not do anything about it. They said write a bad review. Got a remote made the next day from reputable locksmith.”

“I’m not sure why it says Pop-A-Lock Abilene for the link sent to me.. but I used the one in Midland and he came within the timeframe given (would have been earlier but there was an emergency for him to get to another location first, 100% understandable). He got it opened quickly and didn’t damage anything! Will recommend and use again if needed.”

After trying to explain that I accidentally locked my keys in my car and needed a locksmith to help me, they immediately hung up on me. This was my first time and was not a very good impression and ended up calling a different locksmith instead. I would recommend Felix the Cat Car Unlocking L.L.C. instead. Was able to get someone out there fast and was able to get my keys in no time.”
