What Customers Say
“I locked myself out of my house and called Tony’s. He was there within 15-20 mins and had me back in my house in less than 5 minutes. Great service!”
“If you live in baytown and need a key fob go elsewhere. This guy will not do it unless you drive to a south Houston location. Gave one star because 0 wasn't an option”
“Huge thank you for the amazing customer service! You showed up to our house in just 35 minutes, made a key for our vehicle in under an hour, and even hooked us up with TWO keys. Fast, professional, and super reliable — highly recommend!”
“Great locksmith very helpful and now my remote start works. I had two new keys programed and cut. Got a free spare key as well. Highly recommend and an excellent price.”
“Person was there in short amount of time.Talk and explained everything took about 20-30min to make key. He lets u know the progress and all . Great Job”
“Came out right when I reached out to him, even though we were a little far from him. Had the door open in less than a minute. Incredibly nice and very communicative.”
“Very unprofessional I chose him because he was local and been in business for a while. Was told that I need to send copy of drivers license and insurance before he accepts the order. No other company asked for such. I responded by saying I would provide documentation upon arrival. With a very bad nasty attitude he said my car must be stolen if I can’t send him this via text. Sad that he had been in business for so long with this type of customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone.”
“Rude and expensive. Doesn't cut keys in Baytown location. Wants you to drive to Pasadena. I already drove here to this location that indicates that key duplicating is a service on the listing. Wanted $50 to merely cut a key I was bringing. I told him he's just cutting a key, like they do at Home Depot. He facetiously asked if home Depot would cut it. As he knows they typically will not (cut your brought in key). Then dropped the price to $20. I ended up getting it cut for free on a Hillman keyhero. If you have ever seen this machine, it basically cuts the key for you, it is so easy a Home depot employee can do it for free in seconds (literally). Blanks are $5. This is not to minimize the Home Depot employee. It's to minimize the skill necessary to cut a key. Small things like this lead to additional business. Basic principal. Not sure what I would have been paying $50.”
“Grateful for the help! We accidentally locked our keys in the car this morning. As soon as I called they were ready and on their way to come help and He was able to get the key out very quickly.”
“He was at my house in less than 20 minutes after I called. I didn't have a battery for him to program and test the new key he made, on site, for my truck but he used his own equipment to start my truck. He came at 9 pm, after dark and charged me pennies in comparison to other locksmiths. Very polite, cordial, helpful, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone in a predicament needing a locksmith. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Tony was amazing! Had the locks changed on my business in less than an hour. Great customer service. Would recommend and will use again in the future if needed.”
