Not only could he get it..my remote stopped working abd he had no idea what was going on. He told me to call his boss. I did and was told a bald face lie about ordering a remote using my VIN #. No one called me back and when I called the owner was not aware of anyone telling me that. I finally called the technician and mentioned that to him. Too make a long story short...this company does not handle business professional at all. I only called them because of their good reviews. All I can say is if you have a problem with them..do not expect for the matter to be resolved....the first thing that was said is we didn't charge her...well no you didn't because the service was not completed and the remote didn't work after your technician worked on it.”
