“Needed a new car key FOB programmed and duplicates of house and mailbox keys made. Called Quality Key Service and the locksmith answered the phone, arranged to meet me locally in Boerne, arrived on time and got everything completed for me. He tested my old FOB's removable metal key (the one that is hidden inside for backup access to your car if the battery on the FOB goes dead), and it wasn't even the correct one for my car (the locksmith said it was likely the wholesaler just used a FOB from some other car and programmed it to mine before selling the car at auction), so he cut me a new one for my old FOB right on the spot. Great customer service by a guy with 25+ years experience!! Highly recommend. (NOTE: when the keys for the house and mail box didn't come out to 100% to his satisfaction, he didn't charge me for them. He was pretty sure they would work... and in fact they did!
