“Bought a safe from these guys about a year ago. Got a great deal on it. The keypad failed today and I was kinda panicked. Called the store and spoke to Robert and he walked me through a quick diagnostic. In order to avoid the time of dealing with the manufacturer's warranty, he just gave me a new keypad and showed me in the store how to install it. Easy peasy. Old-time customer service. Will always do business of any kind with this company.”

“I never leave reviews but I wanted to specifically recognize Ian from A1 Locksmith at this location. I bought a Liberty Centurion 24 Gun Safe from this location and from the moment I first walked through these doors, Ian was there to greet me and help me expedite this process. Ian was very attentive, very polite, and very knowledgeable in his craft. He helped me get in and out of the door within 10 minutes of figuring out which gun safe I would end up buying. I willingly opted to self transport my gun safe from the store to my apartment home and somewhere along the process, I realized my gun safe’s bolt came loose off of the door. I am very certain it was my fault by struggling to move this bad boy alone throughout the process, but as soon as I identified this problem, I sent pictures and an audio voice message explaining to Ian what happened. Ian immediately responded to me and told me he would do some digging around to find out the best possible solution for me. Fast forward a few hrs, Ian informed me that he could have some of his people come out within a few days to deliver me a brand spanking new one AND remove/pick up the damaged one all in the same day for FREE! 0 charge t”

Most of us, in good faith, take time out of our day to share our experiences, whether to highlight the good or help others avoid the bad. I won’t sit here and point fingers at the establishment that finally broke the camel’s back and stirred my frustration. But accusing a former customer of being a spammer instead of attempting to salvage the relationship says far more than any of my so‑called “petty complaints.””

“I brought my Indian Motorcycle to A1 because I lost the keys somewhere in transit. Indian doesn't offer replacement barrel and keys for a Chieftain with an extra trunk. A1 told me they would make a new set of keys within a couple days. Not only were they timely fixing the locks, but great communicators during the process. I'm positive making keys from scratch for this motorcycle was not easy and they never complained. They embraced the challenge. Thank you again A1! I can lock up my motorcycle on my road trip this weekend.”

“Locked myself out of my house with only my phone on me. This company would not come help me because I couldn’t provide a credit card number for a deposit, as my card was locked inside the house. Edit: Responding to request from the company. I verified my outgoing call log on Saturday right before 1:00 pm. The call went to the number shown in this screencap, which is the number provided by Google maps. A woman answered, asked for the credit card info, then put me on hold to check if y’all could help me without me providing proof I could pay. After a few minutes she came back on the line and said y’all couldn’t help me and to call someone else.”

“I called and the person was nice but I was never asked the proper questions from their office and the person who came out was not able to make a key. I called back to reschedule and they wanted to charge me another service charge of 95 dollars to get the right person out I asked why and I was told It is on me the customer to inform them of the proper information before they come out. I said I don't know anything about ignitions or making keys so shouldn't you ask me what you need to know? I was told sorry. I said really that is it? And she said yes. I am calling someone else since I have to pay another service charge. In response to their reply: No keys were made. The guy came out was here for 5 min and said he couldn't do it. I am fine with the charge, but I don't think I should be charged again for a 2nd call when no one did anything the first time someone came out.”
