“Whoever answered the phone was rude. She probably needed a hug. Quotes start $95 and up according to the rude lady, she even added “depends what you want”. Such a lovely way to convey information for potential customers calling to inquire. Absolutely love calling a business and having to have to figure their pricing out for myself. Personally, im BIG on customer service so I DO NOT RECOMMEND solely off of customer service.”

“I'm in the service industry and understand charging a fair rate for good service but what they cahrged is rediculous. I called them at 7:45 this morning. Got a call back at 7:51 letting me know tech was on the way and would be there in 15-20 mins. Was at my house for less than 15 mins, introducing himself to my wife to collecting money. He told me it was $120 for the drive and $190 for unlock the car plus tax, so over $300. He said that it was because it was before normal start time. They never said a word on this. Unless they figure something out on pricing I deffently would not recommend them.”

I called him and asked what changed, he said I told you the starting price is would be $125. That's a lie, I wouldn't have agreed for you to start until they got there if I didn't have a definite price. Then he says I called the company and they said to charge you guys $230. That's a lie. She specifically said the technician sets the price. He probably just saw my daughter drive up in a range rover and decided to charge more. Rip off. Liar.”

“called to get service at a little after 7 a.m., and when asked for address said hold on and was hung up on. called back the only one I could find open in the area Converse gave the address, and when the tec called me at 811, he said 20 min. I asked for a price and he said "I have to look at it first" at 841 I called back he said 18 min....I called and found another guy to come out at 915 and texted the tec to cancel the call. he called and asked where I was that he was at the shell station. STILL NOT ON PROPERTY. then sent me a Pic showing he was driving up the road to my location, and yet again, I told him to cancel the call. he then told me I owed a service call fee of 30.00. (a service he didn't provide) and I was never told anything like that. again I was told in the beginning "I have to look at it first ". long story short I eneded up telling him if he didn't stop calling me I would call the cops. then he called from another number and harassing me. do not use them.”

“Contacted for quote to make spare key. Gave me a starting price quote of $19 call out service , said the fob cost starts $119. Told me a tech would call me to give more more updated quote . Later on got call from restricted number asking if ready to schedule ... No I called for quote again told tech would call back . Next day got called back from restricted again , asked regarding scheduling , I informed them I had been lucky enough to have the business key lost at find the original key this morning so wouldn't need another spare at this time. I was going to ask for quote still as would like to know for future ( teen lost original was using our spare key as backup like to always have spare) .... Receptionist hung up before could get words out of my mouth. A simple we don't do quotes over the phone would've been fine . Guess will not use them for future service their lost not mine . Plenty of locksmiths with better customer service skills .”

“I was quoted a price and charhed almost three times that. I was even charged a office fee..very disappointed and i do not recommend. Now the owner is posting they have no records of servicing me. Such a liar sadly.The tech that the owner sent out offered to service me aside from his job at a lower price because he agreed i had to over pay for a 5min service. I CALLED to speak with management and he stated he never quoted me a price. Wow he also stated he was the only one there. So who quoted me sir? Good luck to this company. “Called them to get a quote for a lock out, they got my information and said a tech would call back. Someone called, they got my information again and asked for my email this time. Then he said I'll have a tech call you back. Seemed scammy so checked reviews. Not sure why it's hard to give a quote on a lock out when you have the year, make/model of the vehicle. Called another place who was able to give me a quote over the phone, first call. Seems other reviews are correct”

“Price gouge alert! DO NOT USE. was quoted $20 for the visit and $55 for the lock on the phone, did the unlock then charged 300+. $65 for visit and $220 for the lock. GET AQUOTE BEFORE THEY DO WORK. If they don't give you a paper quote before the work, DO NOT PAY. I am filing a BBB complaint. I encourage anyone who has fell victim to this shady business to do the same. “Horrible experience locked my front door this morning only the small lower lock. I called they came within 15 minutes, on the phone was priced for 65 dollars which was reasonable. Took him ten minutes to get to my house, five minutes to open the lock. When looking what he charged me for it was ridiculous. So my bill said 29 dollars for office fee, 65 for coming ASAP, and then 120 dollars for the opening of the door. This company is ridiculous overpriced. Be careful when asking for services was never told about hidden fees.”
