Two, A2Z charged me 1200 LESS than what the other guy charged me. The customer service is GREAT, quality GREAT, everything about them is great. “I had a really frustrating experience with A2Z Locksmith. I ordered Toyota keys on April 25, 2025, and sent pictures of my keys on May 12, 2025, hoping for an update. Days went by, and I didn’t hear anything, not even a voicemail or email! So, on May 21, I called to check on my order. Jaymie interrupted me right away, saying someone had called me the day before about my keys. I checked my call logs and emails, and I hadn’t received anything. After a brief hold, she told me to come in on May 22, which made me think they didn’t even have the keys yet. I got really frustrated and asked for a full refund since I had already paid $105.54. Instead of listening, she cut me off and said she’d cancel my order. I got an email confirming the cancellation, and I called back to make sure I’d get my refund back to my card. She said yes, for now I’m waiting on my refund I tried to be patient and polite, but the lack of communication and the owner's defensive attitude made me feel really unwelcome. I wouldn’t recommend A2Z Locksmith based on this experience.”

“I got locked out of my house and called them since they are close. I received prompt service from a nice professional tech, whom I liked. He got me in the house in under five minutes. My gripe is the boss. He's kind of lacking in customer service skills (to put it nicely). I admit I was a bit panicked and high maintenance as I was very stressed, but I was nice when I called, so the punishment didn't fit the crime. Then I received two prices. That should not happen and price should be quoted immediately with a single unified message. Price seemed a bit steep but I didn't really ask around as I was in a hurry. I don't know if I'd use them again but I will say you can count on them sending someone when you need it.”

“I went to A2Z to get some help with labeling some keys. I had tried 5 other local places that made key copies but no one was able to imprint a letter on them so I could keep them organized. “Avoid these guys! Was told 25 minutes, and waited over an hour before just giving up on them. Called a few times, was just told each time someone was on their way. Called the last time, and the employee got angry with me, saying there was nothing he could do. First of all, you can not make claims you have no intention of keeping about response times. Second, you can be more honest about where the technician is and how long it’s going to actually take after phone calls at 30, 45 and 1hr waiting periods. Called them to get me out of a bind, ends up costing me lots of wasted tim.”

“First off I lost my keys, truck and car in the flood. The tech came to my house with none of the right tools, no biggie. He was back in about an hour. It took him 1.5 hours to try to pick all my locks. My garage can no longer be used with a key... and he put the new keys on my gun safe and gate key chain. Not the one with 9 keys & my rental car key on it; which he was given at the very beginning (my new main set). He keyed my front door to the same as my back door? I called back when I was obviously locked out and he said to bad it's another $150.00 plus tax. I had to break a window. Horrible service!”
