“Boy it's been a while and it was long search for the receipt and the ability to locate the company to which I used. Thinking I used my Credit Card - i used that for the cross-connect after i located the receipt and the date of service. I am not writing this lightly - I do thousands of reviews but...... Use this company at YOU OWN RISK - I WAS SCAMMED! I orginally called on 29 MARCH 2026 - being I lost BOTH my FOB's for my vehicle and it was locked. I called nad was told that it would be about $300 and "x" and "x" amount for this and that. I got a call back and the tech was inbound so I was ready on my drive for him - he explained he had to unlock the car one of two ways - one way would damage my window and the would not. {the whole propuse of calling the locksmith was NOT to damagae my window - RED FLAG}, the other way was using so locksmith key to create a physcal key which cost double $150 plus the two cut keys $120. To do so I asked if Iw as getting the JEEP FOB (manufacturer key). he walked me to his trunk and pulled out the exact KEY FOB's or a near exact copy of what I had lost. With that decided for the FOB - he proceeded to open the door and start the programming ”

They were here for probably about 15 minutes that’s it and now I have a working key fob And because the key fob did not seem to work that great he Ended up throwing in a free key fob just in case cause he did not want me to have any issues down the road so now I have two key fobs for the price of a regular key and a key fob. In a pinch , the price was very reasonable. I no longer have to worry about my doors, being locked manually by me and then unlocking them manually with the key from just one side because there’s only one place to open the door. “DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!! I never write reviews but this one had to be done. I asked a lock smith to come out for a spare key because I locked my keys in my car. I should’ve just asked for them to open the door that was my first problem that they didn’t suggest that. Then when I walk outside the technician was slamming my ignition with a hammer saying that it was jammed and it was my cars problem. I told him before he came my car was perfectly fine and nothing was jammed, I told him let me try my original key since he had opened my door. My original key wasn’t working either anymore since he either jammed or broke something in the ignition by slamming it with a hammer. I told him to stop and wait for my boyfriend to get there and he told me no and angrily drove off with my car still not working and continued to blame it on me. I called the company and they said they were going to get a manager to contact me it’s been two hours and I’ve called 10 times for them to just send another technician because now I’m going to have to pay for another person to fix a problem that I didn’t have until he jammed my car. No one has gotten back to me and it’s been 3 hours in the Texas summer he”
