“I have used this locksmith multiple times and has been a good experience until now. I paid this locksmith to get an extra key my son's Mazda key and key fob which was $600. She sent me a picture of it when she got it from the vendor but my son's car was not running at the time but she told me she woupd hold it for me till he got it running. He got it running and when I reached out to her she said she lost it. When I asked for a refund or for her to replace the key she said she would look for it again and ever since she has been dodging my calls and texts. Do not use this company for ordering specialized keys because you might not ever receive them or a refund of your money. I have given her plenty of time (almost a year) to make this right but she chooses to not respond. My son now has no key because he lost the one he had and is locked out of his car she is still not responding. I guess the next step is to take her to small claims court and I will be definitely contacting the Better Business Administration.”
