Rodriguez Locks-Out Services

Rodriguez Locks-Out Services handles locksmith work out of Garland, Texas. Jose runs the operation and takes calls for car and truck unlocks, new key cutting with reprogramming, digital lock fixes like dead batteries on keypads, and some lock changes on exterior doors. Reviewers reach him directly instead of big chains and note he works on jobs others turn down, such as vehicles up on trailers. He stays local and handles both emergency lockouts and planned key work without extra layers of dispatch.

Customers describe him showing up for locked cars in parking lots, trucks on hauls, bedroom doors after failed DIY attempts, and tenant properties with keypad failures. He opens vehicles in minutes, matches door hardware colors on front and back entries, and programs replacement keys on site. Most jobs finish with no added damage and at costs below dealership rates or other quotes called that day. One review mentioned splintered doors and frames plus a misaligned latch after a lock install on two ThermaTru entries, plus an unexpected extra fee request that was refused.

Jose answers the phone on the first try even early Sunday or last minute, arrives within fifteen to thirty minutes in many cases, and sends updates while en route. He quotes straight prices that hold once he gets there, works same day when others cannot, and covers the Garland area plus nearby spots like Arlington. Reviewers say he keeps to the agreed schedule, stays respectful of property and time, and finishes without the upcharges common from larger services.

Most reviews praise the speed, direct communication, and fair costs on unlocks and keys. A handful note he takes jobs other companies skip. DIRT Score 4.9 from 215 reviews on Finds.

“I would recommend this company to anyone ! Jose was very professional , kind and quick. He had the best prices out of everyone I called. Also he stayed in constant communication and provided updates until he arrived. Definitely will be a returning customer if needed !”

“Jose is very professional and provided us outstanding service. He was quick to respond to our message and arrived within 15 minutes. He was able to get us into our car within minutes. If you need someone to unlock your doors he’s the man to call and will not break the bank in the process. Cheers to you Jose!!!”

“I called this locksmith to install a new lock (bore new holes & strike plates) on both ThermaTru exterior doors of my home. He sent a young man from a certain South American country who proceded to damage (splinter) my doors & door frames & one of the locks does not latch because it's misaligned with the hole he bore on the frame😢. He claimed the issue was my door🙄. In addition he had the nerve to ask for a surprise "$35 service fee" when it was time for him to leave. I showed him our texts & agreed price & refused to pay the mysterious fee. I now have to hire a real locksmith to fix my doors & frames & align the lock. I gave Rodriguez the opportunity to make things right before leaving thus review he refused. Buyer beware!!!! Tengan cuidado con este cerrajero que manda a gente que na sabe instalar una simple chapa.”

As busy as he was that day, he somehow made time for me in his schedule and came out the same day I called whereas we expecting the next day.
