“Not sure how all these people received great service? They receive the start because they answered the phone although it is only one number they answer, the other rings until vm picks up. The guy gave a quote over the phone, but getting him to do the work is unsuccessful. If your looking for a company that you have to follow up with more than three times to get them to accept your money and business, then you are at the right place. However, if you want someone who will honor the quote and do the work within a reasonable amount of time, then keep looking. I have been waiting more than 2 and a half weeks, and when I told him that I would just get a key programmed at the dealership, he didn’t even try to stop me or apologize for his lack of interest. I am sure he will be the result of this business failing.”
