“John helped us get back into our house right away! We recommend using my local locksmith!”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS....unless you want to wait for ever! I rarely write reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. I contacted “My Local Locksmith” expecting basic, timely service — instead, I was left waiting for over 24 hours with absolutely no one showing up. No call, no update, nothing. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, trying to communicate with their support was a nightmare. It honestly felt like I was speaking to someone overseas who barely understood English. Every conversation was confusing, repetitive, and completely unhelpful. I had to explain the same issue multiple times, and still got nowhere. If you’re advertising local service, then ACT like a local business. Being stranded and unable to get into your property while dealing with this level of incompetence is incredibly frustrating. This company wasted my time, tested my patience, and ultimately failed to deliver the most basic service they claim to provide. I would strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs unless you’re prepared to wait endlessly and get zero real support. Absolutely unacceptable.”
