“Would love to tell you they were awesome and got it done. However, arrived at 4:40 pm and doors is locked, although the door itself says till 5pm on Friday. “Response to owner: When you initially failed to unlock my door, your first idea was for me to crawl through the ceiling to get into the room. Clearly not safe or professional. When I asked for another way, you said that “scammers” would pry open the door. When I asked you if you could do that, your word for word response was “probably, not for $89 though after being recorded”. As for not charging me a dime, it’s a good thing the whole thing is recorded so there was evidence of you failing at your job - what kind of company would charge someone after failing to do what they came there to do?
