“Did you know it is shockingly hard to find a key for old Mopar cars now? And all of these freaking kiosks at Lowe's and Walmart promise they can cut anything, and yet no body could make a key for this flipping Chrysler. Being nearly at the point that I was ready to rekey the whole van, the name of this place gets thrown into the mix. They were able to get the right key, cut it in such a way that it didn't stick, and actually open all the doors (including the tailgate which I was convinced was seized). Best part, less than $20. Only place I'm going to ever again for keys.”

During that time, I’ve appreciated their services, but I’ve also noticed that the atmosphere when entering the store is often less than welcoming. I always make an effort to smile, never haggle over prices, avoid unnecessary questions, and thank them for their help, yet the friendliness is rarely reciprocated. A recent situation highlighted this issue. While driving by, I saw a staff member outside and asked if they were open because I needed help with a key they had made that wasn’t working. The response I received was, “I’m walking,” which came across as dismissive. I understand that everyone has tough days, but as a business owner myself, I know that customers are the lifeblood of success. This is a business I’ve supported for many years, and I truly hope they can work on providing a more welcoming and positive customer experience. A simple smile or polite response goes a long way in keeping loyal customers coming back.”

“Not sure who hurt the, I presume, owner of this establishment but I guess I should have read the reviews before going. Going along with another recent review that I just read, they WLL NOT, under NO CIRCUMSTANCE, cut anyone else's key you bring. Friendliness, one star. However, the 2 keys I reluctantly had them make, work just fine. I try to support local business whenever possible, but this one dropped off the future list. Unfortunate.”
