“Great way to make a duplicate key in a flash. No extra grinding or waiting for someone to pick the correct blank, the machine does it all. The keys fit perfectly with no issues. My only problem is the price. $3.00 is a bit much for a basic blank key but hey there is inflation everywhere so......it it what it is.”

“The automated kiosk did what the "store machine" failed to do three times. It replicated the key (3 times) and there are NO issues with the copies made. I will use this service again!”

“This kiosk was located inside the Irving Walmart. I went there today and didn't see a kiosk. When asked an employee, they said it's removed.”

“Phone number does not work . Tried calling to get a refund cuz during duplicating my key machine showed something went wrong and call 800 number . Left voicemail no luck”

“I made an awesome high quality Brass key using minutekey kiosk. Very impressed!”

“Machine inside Walmart wouldn’t accept my key after multiple attempts.”

“I love minute-key. So reliable and the guy came as soon as he could. He understood my urgency.”

“Both keys had to be tossed. Completely unusable.”

“Out of service as of 12-18/25”
