“Called for a standard locked out of house. Middle of a workday. No emergency. Was quoted $400 dollars to drill out the lock. Seemed extremely expensive. He showed up, worked for five minutes then charged my mother-in-law $712. Twice as much with no explanation or reason. That was to just drill the lock. When asked for a replacement he quoted $800 more dollars which he wanted entirely up front. I could get an entire new front door installed for less. He only takes personal cash app transfers (so you can’t contest the charges later with your credit card, even if he doesn’t show up)”

“From my call to schedule the service to Bill coming out to do the work it was a great experience. Accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Galveston Mobile Locksmith to others.”

“I called this company to make a key for my car. This is a scam company and they are not a licensed locksmith company. I will be reporting to dps.”

“Was there in less than half an hour. Took him 3 minutes and the price was fair”

“The homilies are always right on and the priest is very personable and outgoing”

“Could not help me they operate out of kiosk and none were near me”

“He was Very nice, very helpful and patient.”

“Service is on a complete zero, not sure why they are even open for business”

“Best Locksmith in Galveston”

“Truly deserves 5 Star Service!!! Customer service was outstanding and fast! I had a very easy and pleasant experience when dealing with Galveston Mobile Locksmith. Fast and easy and quick responses to my email. This is the place to go if you need a key made and the price is right. I think, the owner, responded to my email inquiry before I even hit send. The very reasonable price he quoted me was exactly what I was charged by his employees when I showed up the next day. And the guys at the shop were super friendly, thorough, and professional. My highest recommendation for these guys. The owner of this company knows how to run a great business. Give them a try - I have a feeling no challenge will be too great for them!”
