Reviewers describe calls for deadbolts that no longer turn with the key, vehicles that need unlocking after keys are lost or locked inside, safes that stick shut and requests for new keys that also require programming. John has repaired deadbolts to avoid full replacement, opened cars on the spot and handled safe locks without extra damage. Joe has arrived for appointments and wrapped jobs in less than thirty minutes while beating other quoted prices. David has rekeyed vehicles and supplied new fobs after a single lost key, and other techs have handled similar car and home lockouts.

Customers note arrivals inside twenty to forty minutes once the call goes in, with techs providing clear time estimates ahead of arrival and finishing the work the same day. Service stays limited to the Lewisville area for both house and vehicle jobs. Pricing draws comments for coming in lower than competing quotes in several cases, though one reviewer reported a higher final bill than the phone quote along with a damaged remote battery and no callback after the visit.

The business shows a 4.9 rating on Google from 494 reviews, with repeated mentions of quick response, punctual techs and straightforward fixes on cars and locks. DIRT Score 4.8 from 494 reviews on Finds.

“Not sure the name of my locksmith, he was able to come and provide us with a new key which I greatly appreciate but this was after being told he would arrive within the hour and it actually took him nearly 3 hours to show up. To make matters worse we were giving one quote of $280 for two keys over the phone and when he arrive that’s how much we paid for 1 key! I wasn’t aware they needed cash so I ran down the road to the atm. The technician rushed me and called me several times to see when I would return with his payment after telling him I was about 8 minutes down the road from our first call. Rushing me after leaving me waiting hours for service was baffling. I’m thankful he was able to repair our key and praying the key works and doesn’t give us any trouble but I need a second key for another vehicle and he lost this company the opportunity of making another sell.”
