“I called with an issue with my ignition on my truck. Got their voicemail and before I could leave a message I received a text saying they would call me back with in 5 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that in less than 5 mins I received a call from Jeff. He was at my location within 25 minutes and after about 15 minutes he had multiple solutions and remedies for my situation. His responsiveness and knowledge was very reassuring. He explained what happened and what needed to be done in a way I could understand. There was no pressure to buy right then and there, which was very nice. He showed obvious care and consideration for the position I was in and it was shown by giving me an extremely fair price. I won’t call another locksmith again. My experience with Denton Lock and Key has been more than a 5 star experience. I WILL recommend them to all my family and friends. Hell I will to anyone that needs a trustworthy locksmith. Most of the “locksmiths” you’ll find on Google are actually scammy referral services that will farm out the work and refuse to give you a price over the phone. We were having trouble with the dead bolts on some of our doors and Jeff was very thorough about what needed to be done to get all of the locks and doors in good working order. He ended up having to rekey all of the locks and made the necessary adjustments to the locks, doors, and striker plates. I would not hesitate to use him again.”
