“We lost the keys to a storage closet at my retail business just before a busy time of day when entry would absolutely be needed. I called The Flying Locksmiths, and they were quickly on site to re-key my lock and allow us to access the closet so that business would not miss a beat. Our technician was efficient, professional, and friendly. The owner followed up with me by phone almost immediately after service to ensure my needs were met. I would definitely recommend The Flying Locksmiths due to their excellent customer service!”

“Great Service! They were on time and quick. They are also very patient! I had forgotten my key and they waited for me to get my extra set of keys and return so they could replace the locks. The locksmith was very knowledgeable and taught me a few things about my new property. I will definitely use them again.”

“Jeff at Flying Locksmiths was prompt and professional. Based on the requests we had, it could have cost us more, but Jeff recommended what was necessary and we were able to achieve the same outcome at a more economical price. My experience with Jeff has inspired trust and confidence in this company and I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone that needs a locksmith.”

“We needed to have our builder grade doorknobs replaced but didn't want to rekey our locks. The Flying Locksmiths did all of legwork to find knobs that matched our existing hardware. The locksmith was so nice - came to our house exactly when he said he would (rare for service providers!) and installed everything perfectly. Years ago, I had trouble finding a professional locksmith in the Dallas area - so I'm thrilled to know that The Flying Locksmiths is now in the area. Highly recommend!!”

“We needed a lock repaired on an exterior door of our building. They came out within 24 hours and their professionalism was top notch. Thank you Flying Locksmith for a job well done.”

“Called to have lock rekeyed, was quote a price, et an appointment, and right before they left to come to the house I get a text saying it's going to cost more than the quote on the phone (by their own employee). So I cancelled before they left which forced me to call someone else who was even less expensive than their first quote. Felt like bait and switch. Oh well. Lots of locksmiths out there.”

“Booked them for a rekeying two weeks in advance for this Tuesday. Called on Monday to confirm and they had bumped me to Thursday at 2:00. Went by the house to pick up the new keys Thur at 5:00 and no one had been there and they had no idea why. Called another locksmith and he showed up in 10 minutes. Flying Locksmiths was a major failure!”

“Flying locksmith of Lewisville is the absolute best. They came to our home and replaces one door lock set and then was kind enough to check all the others for proper operation. I highly recommend them. Thanks”
