“Extremely rude. I was asking if they could program my new key fob to my 2007 Saturn ION. He said those cars are not equipped with fobs. I explained to him I had a fob and it came that way from the dealership. He said no and then there was silence. I told him I could take the fob and he cut me off. Those cars do not have key fobs. Is there anything else you need? I told him again I have the fob and he said ok. Hung up. Then I called another locksmith. He knew exactly what I was talking about and didn’t hesitate to help…which he did. Thank you Howdy Lock & Key!!”
