“Brendon arrive maybe 3 minutes late, but I’m very happy. He quickly unlocked my car and presented my bill. He charged me the exact quote without any BS. Maybe I am jaded from my time in DFW, but I paid maybe 65 bucks to get back into my car within a half Hour. A miracle.”

“Contacted the Lubbock office, when we got locked out of our house. They "guaranteed" they could get in, after another company couldn't. I got home to a still locked house, and a broken garage door- as the technician inserted an airbag in between the top of the garage door and the door frame. -Broke one of the Main door supports, and it's been 3 weeks we haven't been able to get in our garage. Called the office multiple times, they directed me to their corporate number. Left multiple voicemails, no responses. Sent an email, no response. Just called the office number again, and they picked up and hung up on me until the 3rd call- with still no resolution. Oh, and they broke a window screen as well. I'd rather run my pickup through the garage door next time, than use Pop-A-Lock again.”
