“So I lost my only one key I had for my vehicle, and etc.. the technician comes, and starts doing his job, his trying to fit keys and so on, time passes by and he can't make it work so he mentions to me, he has to do a pin hole due to the in fact his gonna take more time and it's plastic, he would have to take most of the pieces of the steering column out and etc, he can't make it work, that the pin hole would be so small I would hardly notice at all. So I thought that was part of the job and so on, so he went and did it.. job done I now have new keys. I test the keys they work, and he leaves, next day when I used my vehicle I looked for that small pin hole and omg.. it was a terrible job. Conclusion is, he was in a rush to finish the job asap and leave, a lazy technician not willing to do his job the correct way.. don't recommend having this service.. they charged me 100$.. for a 10min drive, doors were open from the vehicle, they only did a hole, and my set of regular keys.”

I was just happy the new replacement keys does works. The price is good. I don't really know if it's reasonable. But I ain't gonna complain much. I had a very unique key for an RV that couldn't be made at a general hardware store, so I was referred to Mr. Key. I am so happy with how it all worked out! Also, I thought I left my debit card there or maybe I dropped it, so I called to check and it was a little after hours, but they returned my call and even went back & ran their security cameras to see if I had it with me when I left the shop. YOU practically have to beg for them to take your $300 dollars to get help ... and as far as THEIR SIGN in the store is TERRIBLE.. sign says " YOUR LACK OF PLANNING DOES NOT MAKE YOU MY PRIORITY " I'm planning ahead of time to gets spare key, but they feel your time is not as VALUABLE as theirs ..NO SENSE OF URGENCY AND they act as if they don't need your business..... “I supposedly went in there to get a emergency key. The day I need it, it didn't work. I went in there they said if you got the original I can fix it. If would've have the original I wouldn't have to go in there. Highly not recommended they don't do a good job. Fortunately it wasn't a life or death situation.”

“I've used Mr key several times in the past. They're always pretty nice. I even had to have them come out once to my house and make a keep up for me. The only reason I gained three stars is they couldn't help me for what I needed. I was looking for help with my key fob and they don't do repairs or change batteries or anything they sent me someplace else. But I have no complaints and the woman I deal with was very nice”
