“I was disappointed in the services I needed aiding in. Long story short, I’m a housesitter and a recurring one for the person I was housesitting for. I arrive at location and they forgot to leave their key for me. No biggie, things happened, so they encouraged me to call Pop A Lock. I told them I had written authorization to be at the property, I could provide my license, any bills the person I’m housesitting for, etc. They said it was no problem until I got transferred to confirm everything only to be told the person I’m housesitting for has to call them. They call them, explain everything, and Inwas waiting for over an hour for someone to show up and they never did. Thankfully, the perosn I’m housesitting for had a delayed flight so I could drive all the way to the airport in Midland to get the key from them directly. As I got there, Pop A Lock called the person I’m housesitting for only to be told they were on theor way to make a new key when the owner told Pop A Lock I was locked out of their house and to forget it. I was treated like I was trying to commit a crime when that wasn’t the case at all. I can only be hopeful that they can provide better services the next time a situ”
