“I called to schedule an appointment to have a door lock repaired. The guy shows up 15 minutes late and says it just needs to be re-keyed. He spent about another 10 minutes on it and presents me a bill for $187 dollars. When I asked him about it he says we charge for a service call plus a minimum of one hour. The proceeds to start telling me a story about why he charges more...whatever. Needless to say, I won't be calling them again.”
