“So my mothers key broke in half, the metal part and the fob attached to it. I didnt really know what to do. My husband reminded me about K-B and I called, within 20 minutes everything was done and my mother had a new key fob. The one she had the buttons had already stopped working, the new one allows her to open the car with the buttons. For the awesome thing they did, they didnt even charge much. Thank you for helping my mom out, you are amazing!”

“Had a broken deadbolt and could not get out the front door. Unfortunately they were not going to be able to get someone out for a few days, but Tina was able to send me pics of how the mechanism should work and give me some suggestions on how to get the lock open. With her help as well as a lot of patience and luck I was able to get the door open, and remove the broken lock. Really appreciate her going above and beyond to take a look at pics, find a similar mechanism, and help get me an immediate solution to be able to get in and out and secure the door. Stopped by the store afterwards to pick up a replacement lock which they had in stock. They were quickly able to key it to my existing key and talk me through the installation. “Second use for troublesome vehicle, and, again, top marks for primary solution. New lock access for the vehicle (secondary solution), which others couldn't do. This time they ALSO saved us following a lost battery in the HEB parking lot. I'm not saying that's a regularly anticipated occurrence or a reasonable service... but it certainly was a huge save. “I've been going here for all of my locksmith needs for years and my parents did before me. My friend locked her keys in the car and didn't realize until she had got of work. Everyone had already left the office and it was still very hot outside. She sat outside calling everyone and kept getting quotes for $300 plus to come within over in 1.5 to 2 hours. She accepted someone and then called me to talk while she sat outside waiting. I told her hold on let me call K&B they've been around for years and have always been fast for me in the past.
