“The NP, Destinee Richardson, is very helpful and thorough. I had an upper endoscopy done and met Dr Daccak for the first time. For over ten years I've had issues with being sickly, affected by something I was born with that no one ever figured out (or bothered). In the last several months, its gotten horrible, so with the symptoms my PCP and I decided the best option would be a GI specialist. They always explain my options and never push any choices onto me. They're very blunt and straightforward which is appreciated. They were among the first to ever take my seriously and schedule diagnostics. They make sure wherever they send me to accepts my insurance which is awesome. They figured out (mostly) what's wrong and have greatly helped improve my quality of life. The NP herself made it a point to call me and explain to me a change in plans to try to avoid a surgery as I'm young, which is appreciated. Waiting room is a bit bleak and small, sometimes it takes a while to be seen despite having an appointment set up, but they are doing better. Hands down, they may be straightforward which may seem as rude to some people, but they're thorough and straight to the point, when it comes to tr”

“Is this Daccack really an MD? Who taught him his bed side manners ? Had an EGD & Colonoscopy recently, I had never met him as I had previously seen his PA. This doctor walked in upset at life the day of my procedure and never introduced himself and didn’t even spend 10 secs reviewing my long history of ongoing issues. I never received pictures of my procedure, never received the medical report and never received a call about my biopsy even after 30 days. This so called “doctor” is a joke- please help me to send him a message that the “patient” is the purpose of his medical existence and thus they should be treated with respect and gratitude.”

Not much for bedside manner but that is okay as gets to the point, no sugar coating with options Wife & I like that The office personnel, not so good as have been rude at many times to my wife, who did not want to go at because of being scared of outcome but was okay. Anyway, he is GOOD, the office staff needs improvement. Hope your experience was better than my wife's two times.”

“I hate to give this review, it has nothing to do with the doctor or PA themselves. This is solely about the phone reception and the staff who ignored requests for pre-authorizations over 2 portal messages AND 3 phone calls. I have never felt so helpless trying to get a medication authorization from a physician's office, but whoever was on the phone was rude, kept talking about an outside pharmacy and if I "wanted" my script, I would have to wait 7-10 days AFTER they were already ignoring requests sent from my pharmacy 2-3 times. She seemed determined to tell me that about this outside pharmacy they used, and I would swear she thought "preauthorization" meant the same as requesting a refill. I finally had to contact my PCP to take over the prescription. Ss much as I really enjoyed my time with the PA, Kate, who was the bomb and the most empathetic and helpful person, and their nurses, who were friendly and kind, this repeated experience with the receptionist/phone answerer and her lack of competence (lets not go into the 6 weeks it took to get refunded on a service they demanded prepayment on BEFORE running the claim through my insurance and all that previous insanity involving that”

“Went for a visit. Got a colonoscopy scheduled and still haven’t met Dr. everything is all messed up with scheduling. Wasn’t given correct info for pre prep. Was told no cost and after all the extra test they wanted cost almost 400. Would of gone to another dr if I hasn’t had money paid already. Only took 4 months to schedule it. Today was the colonoscopy. Still have no idea of what he looks liked. Must of been knocked out when he can in. Never came out to meet family or tell us anything. Have no idea if any thing was wrong. Will never use him for anything.”

“NP Destinee Richardson is okay... Tests were done on my son and she still wants him to take medication for his stomach I don't understand why. And she wants him to go for a follow-up appointment. Why??? FYI Be prepared to wait to eat before you go take a snack and charge your phone.”

“Dr. Daccak is very thorough and analytical in his responses and advice. He makes sure to explain the reasonings behind symptoms, while also taking the time to consider all possible scenarios and options. He never makes the appointments feel rushed as he cares to answer all concerns on behalf of the patient. Great experience overall.”

“This place is terrible. The doctors are rude and I still don’t know what’s wrong with me. They talk to you like you are dumb. And they don’t explain anything to you. And they’re just wanting to have you keep coming back. Don’t go here waste of time! Last time I went they told me it was a candidate for a band. When I go get the band and they tell me I’m not a candidate. So I got dressed and next thing I know the nurses telling me I need bloodwork. Dr. doesn’t tell you anything explain nothing!”

“Doctors are fine but the desk staff is the big problem change the time of appointments. Cancel them at their will no explanation at all they said "I didn't do anything in the system!!!!" So incompetent.”
