“payed him to make me a new key since i lost my old one. he made me the key and i went home fine until i wanted to unlock my car to go somewhere and the door lock was messed up. texted him and showed him the issue but he said he couldn’t help even though i had seen him mess with the door lock. had to call up a different locksmith to come help me open my car and see what was the issue. turns out tony broke something from the inside which basically didn’t allow me to unlock my door anymore :/ asked for a refund and didn’t get a response. i just honestly want my money back since my key is basically useless and i have to pay to get that fixed now since he can’t fix my door lock. All i gotta say is be careful out there when these people are messing around with your vehicle because they will end up making things worse and not take accountability in the end so it’s always good to keep an eye out and see what they are doing. i put the video that i sent him showing that i couldn’t open my door anymore and he didn’t even respond to it.”

“Nice people but complete waste of money. Needed keys made quick, pulled up and confirmation that key could be made was fast. Paid $60 for 2 keys, dropped them off, and I wake up to calls that neither key works at 6AM. Maybe I came on the wrong day but the guy was really nice at least. Might go better with a different key type”

“I called the locksmith , and within twenty minutes , he showed up. The very nice gentleman checked my driver's license to match my home address, He then proceeded to ask me about the door, I told him the front door had a keypad with the nine volt battery that had run out of power. He then told me , is there another door with just a regular lock, I told Him, there was a garage door to unlock.That would probably do the trick. He then proceeded to conduct his work, and within 6 minutes, he had the lock picked. He proceeded to clean the area on the floor and rounded up his tools and followed him back to his truck so that I could pay him for a job well done. After the transaction, he gave me a receipt and I asked him for a business card for future use. I told him Thank you again for coming out on such short notice Well into the evening and be safe going home. Thank you again, I'll be calling them if this happens in the future. 👍👍.”

“Tony came to check my truck and told me you have a miscommunication he also gave me a phone number of a computer programmer to check, I checked all connections found out two wires a little bit off from the connector of the immobilizer put them back together call him again in the same day! he took longer to get here than the 7mn to program my two keys and got my 1999 Ford F350 back online, my name is Roy and I approve this message. “Qouted me one price. Show up to their “shop” now price is 50 dollars more. Broke the original key while programming / cutting new key. Wont address breaking my original key and now wont even respond to messages or calls. A fancy wrap on your truck doesnt make you legit. Just makes them appear legit. I recommend choosing any other locksmith. Wish I would have read more reviews. Seems others have had similar issues.”
