Other places I had to try to schedule a time but with Bruce he accommodated to my schedule and was quick to provide his services. “Bruce from AAAA Key came to the house and made a 2nd key for our new-to-us 2012 Honda. He also fixed the keyed driver side door lock that had become disconnected without having to take the door panel off. On-time, honest, pleasant, fair price (a fraction of what the dealer would charge) and the new key works flawlessly. In the future he will be the first one I call for home or auto lock and key work. Based out of the Texas Med Center area.”

“I live in Westbury near NRG. I recently met Bruce in line at Kroger’s. Turned out he was a locksmith. As fate would happen, three weeks later my daughters roommate was robbed of his money and keys. Bruce went to her home on a Sunday morning (at no extra charge) and changed all of the locks and deadbolts in her place in a timely manner and at much better price than the four comparable she had gotten. Bruce is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I would call him again without hesitation and my daughter is a huge fan.”

“Bruce went above and beyond. Not only did he come out after his service time had already ended (he said due to his close proximity he was willing to show up) he did not give up until he found a solution to a situation many evaded just based on an initial phone call. His work was professional, very attentive to detail and swift. Very humble even tried not to charge me his going rate but I couldn’t have that. If I’m ever stuck in a lock out situation again, I will definitely reach out to him. His phone number is now locked into my contacts.”
