“I got locked out of my truck and called. Jose answered said he was on the way, a police officer saw me so i called jose and canceled explaining the situation. The police officers weren’t able to get into the truck so i called Jose back and he was on his way again. He was very helpful and efficient. I know who to call the next time i get locked out of my truck.”

“Called for emergency services. Dispatcher let us know someone would call. The tech called us and stated he was 10 min away. But he never showed up. Never called back. Never answered his texts or messages. So I called the company back. They assured the same thing. But never a call back. Don't use them if you have an emergency situation. This would have been a lucrative job also. Commercial building. Potential for full lock changes. But not even a follow up response.”

“Wish it was possible to leave zero stars but steer clear of this company. It appears to be a local locksmith shop but it's far from it. Seems to be a call center where they dispatch different contracted locksmiths. They are not transparent about the contractors. You will assume you're doing business with Blackburn locksmith. First technician they sent, couldn't install a smart lock in an existing deadbolt hole. The second guy came out created two new deadbolt holes, attached the smart locks in the hole(did not program them), and relocated one traditional deadbolt lock. He then tried to charge me $860 when the quote in the morning was for $500. The worst part about all of it is that the new deadbolt strike plate is off center and the door frame is split so the door will only lock if not completely shut which means the electronic lock does not function unless you do not push the door all the way closed. Please please save yourself the hassle with this company. I've tried talking to a supervisor but he yelled and said I paid minimum price so I need to deal with the result.”

“I called them on the phone and asked if they could make a copy of a key, the man said yes and to come to the shop and I said I would be there in a few min. I arrived and doors are locked.vvi called the man again and he said he will call his mobile technician to come up here. The tech called and said he can't make they key to the padlock. I called the man back again and he said the guy normally here is out. Really poor service and wasted my time.”

He was very polite, took the time to answer my questions, explained in detail what it would cost per key fob and I was extremely happy to get it done by him. “Locksmith stated he could not give a quote for unlocking a home door over the phone. When Omar arrived and assessed the door he quoted $325 to unlock the door. After unlocking it the total increased to $405. He stated this was due to the “service charge and credit card fee”. Which was not mentioned to us prior. He claimed he did inform us of the service charge but “forgot to tell the price”. We paid him but I would be very cautious with this company and get a written quote before doing any business with them.”

“We called about 4 different locksmiths on a Sunday afternoon after getting locked out of the house. This was the only company willing to come out. Wendell or Winston (I can't remember) was very punctual, very friendly and very efficient. His quote was reasonable and he was very honest . The job was easier than anticipated so the final price was less than the quote. We highly recommend this company and I am glad I did not let the Yelp reviews deter me from using the . Another thing that I noticed was when he left he saw our kids playing in the street in front of our driveway and instead of turning around and driving by them, he went the long way out of the neighborhood. You definitely dont always find people that are that considerate anymore.”
