ET Lockouts

ET Lockouts runs a mobile locksmith business out of Pearland, Texas. Jordan handles the calls and shows up with the tools to replace lost car keys, program key fobs, cut spare keys, and open vehicles after lockouts. The outfit stays one hundred percent mobile and covers Galveston, Brazoria, and Harris Counties including the towns listed on their site. Hours run Monday through Friday from nine in the morning until five.

Customers describe jobs that start with a key stuck in an ignition or a lost set that leaves a car stranded. Jordan removes the old key, cuts a new one, and programs fobs for cars and trucks in under an hour in several cases. Other calls involve cutting keys for a BMW motorcycle that another shop turned down, verifying ownership papers before replacing keys on a Subaru, and opening doors without damage. Reviews note he also makes backup keys for trucks with push-button start and handles programming that dealerships charge more for.

Jordan answers the phone and arrives the same day or inside the window he gives, often in ten minutes or less. He explains the steps, shows the paperwork needed, and states the price up front so there are no surprises. Service stays mobile so he drives to the customer in the counties they list. Pricing comes in lower than dealerships according to multiple accounts, and the work finishes the same visit.

All the reviews give five stars and keep coming back to the same points about quick arrival, clear talk on costs, and getting the car running again without extra trips. People mention calling again for repeat work and keeping the number saved for the next time a key or fob fails.

“I had a great experience with ET Lockouts and Jordan today. After losing access to my 2008 Subaru WRX, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the car moved in time. Jordan responded quickly, explained exactly what documentation would be needed, and walked me through the process. Fortunately, I was able to locate an old sales receipt from when I purchased the vehicle. Jordan carefully verified my documents, checked the available records, and was able to cut and program a replacement key. The entire process was professional, courteous, and efficient. What impressed me most was that he took the time to verify ownership before proceeding. He made sure everything was legitimate and then got me back on the road the same day. If you need an automotive locksmith, I highly recommend ET Lockouts. Fast response, excellent communication, and honest professional service.”
