“The guy was not friendly, the lady on the phone quoted $20 for coming out and starting at $35. The man took exactly a minute to open my door and charged me $105, said it was because the door was secure or something, yet it only took him 1 minute. I understand theirs a fee and locksmiths aren’t cheap but Really, then you got a bad attitude! I’ll never use them again!”

“Had a strange experience with my service. My initial phone calls were smooth and helpful and upon arrival my technician completed his job and went about his way but then I was immediately followed up with calls from a different technician looking for me and then another from “Robert Ehlers” asking me to pay his guy $20 for driving out to me when my car had already been opened. He repeatedly accused me of calling multiple services when I had only called them a single time. I still don’t know if the guy who did the job even works for this company or if the guy Robert Ehlers was yelling at me over the phone does. I got my car opened so I guess that’s all that matters.”

“I accidentally locked the keys into my husband’s Benz in the trunk. Our insurance wanted to tow it to our house because they don’t unlock foreign cars so we called around to locksmiths to just get reimbursed by our insurance. Called this number and I think he’s more of a contractor who calls someone else that contacts you. He said he would send someone but then another company calls us while we wait, and says “the guy called me and said you’re locked out”. I asked if he was the Half Price Baytown Locksmith & he said yes when in reality I don’t think either of them are actually located in Baytown. He gave an ETA 35 minutes. We waited & called him back when he wasn’t there. He said oh 35 minutes again. We told him to just not come. We ended up calling Blackburn Locksmith (idk where they’re based out of but my husband found them) who got there quick and got the job done for a good price.”
