“Edit: Called them to fix my car key they did previously. Called shortly after they opened, and they advised they would get to me next. I didn’t hear anything so I called an hour later to check in and they assured me I was next but could not give a time estimate. After 3 hours of waiting, I called someone else, as I didn’t hear from them again. Would not recommend for quick service. Pearland Locksmith came to us and made a key for our Honda Civic, great service!”

Made the call this morning and this guy has played with my time all the way up until 430pm. 1 phone call he answers all friendly (hours have passed) and I am expecting an update only to be told he was shopping at Lowe's. “I was looking for a locksmith to make an extra key for my 2014 Nissan Versa after my original key wore out. The spare I had made from one of those in-store key-cutting machines was thin, flimsy, and had started to bend from regular use. “I stopped by here on a whim after seeing this place on Google Maps with good reviews. This place is a small business that’s professional and gets the job done. My 2016 Honda Civic came with 2 keys. The buttons on both keys stopped working completely and I finally got fed up with manually locking/unlocking my vehicle. This place was able to issue me 2 new keys with functioning buttons at a cost that’s more affordable compared to a dealership. I called the Honda dealership earlier this morning prior to Pearland Locksmith and they quoted $150 higher than what I had to pay at Pearland Locksmith. Also, the turnover time is much faster at Pearland Locksmith. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, it took about 2.5 hours to have my old keys thoroughly examined and tested, new keys carved out, and ultimately reprogrammed/teated. The Honda dealership said I had to wait a few days to ensure they can order the parts and to schedule an appointment. I highly recommend this place for all your locksmith needs and car key issues. “They might have service but there workman ship is lower than zero. It took them 4 days to rekey a lock for me. I think if I took it to a backyard shop they would have done a better job. Went on Saturday to pick it up after about six calls a bad job then he still wants to charge me $40 for 2 keys. You pick the lock up and the key just falls out. No thanks went to an other locksmith on Saturday had 2 keys made and rekey les than hour. People shop around and don't use them.”
