“I purchased a car for my daughter in June 2022, it was a present going into her senior year of high school. Proudest moment of my life to pay in full. There were 2 inside door handles that were broken, but I was assured they had been ordered and that wouldn’t be an issue. Take the car home and my daughter drives the car for a week and the alternator goes out. We get that fixed. When the title came finally at the end of summer, no door handles! Ok, I’ll call and see what happened. Door handles finally come a couple weeks later and they aren’t even the right handles! That’s fine, I’ll just order them myself. HOWEVER I never got the chance because my daughter drove the car for FOUR MONTHS and the engine locked up!!!!!! No dash lights, engine light or any warning something was wrong with the car. It up and shut down on my 17 year old daughter driving home from school!!! I tried getting in contact to let them know they sold me junk…I know it’s sold as is….no problems we saw when looking at the car fax report. Beware of this dealer!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and when we got the car home we checked what the blue book value of the Jeep Liberty we bought was and it didn’t match the high number we were”

“My start of my bad experience started after I bought my car and then the check engine light went on as I left the dealership and the car was idling bad. I went and took it back the next day and told them that they shouldn't have sold me a car that has a check engine come on when I leave the dealership. They said they would fix it and tried to but then when I got the car back it wasn't fixed at all and the check engine light went on for the second time. I then had to tell them that they didn't fix the problem they took the car back and changed a part on it and said it was fixed yet again it wasn't fixed. It took longer the second time for the check engine light to go back on. It seemed to be the same problem happening. I then had the light go back and tell him that it still is having the problem. Mind you last time he said if anything goes wrong with it again you can come back and we will fix it. He tells me my last time coming into his dealership that I should have bought the warranty plan and that it would have covered it. He also tells me that he will no longer help me and pay out of his pocket to fix my car. It just seems to me that this guy is a scam and does not stand by his w”

“Very rude folks. They listed an Optima on Marketplace without mentioning that the title was REBUILT. When I mentioned to them that they might want to include that info in the Ad, they said "don't tell me what I should or should not do". The way I see it is: if you have nothing to hide then why not mention that the car has a REBUILT title ?”
