Towing Roadside Service RoadAngel

RoadAngel Towing & Roadside Service handles locksmith work and related roadside tasks from its base in Prosper, Texas. The company lists emergency locksmith service alongside flatbed towing, lockouts, tire changes, jumpstarts, and fuel delivery. Coverage extends to McKinney and Aubrey with operations running 24 hours on weekdays and Saturdays. Jimmy appears in multiple accounts as the person who shows up for jumpstarts and similar calls, while Junior and Abdul handled specific towing jobs that required extra care with equipment.

Reviewers describe situations like flat tires on the way home or at night where a technician reached the location inside half an hour and completed the change on site. Several people called after a battery died in the morning or at a school, and Jimmy arrived to deliver a jumpstart or replace the battery outright. One case involved a car with a damaged axle parked in a tight spot; the crew used a dolly on the affected wheel to pull it out without further harm and adjusted the final charge when part of the work proved unnecessary. Other calls covered towing a boat trailer on a weekend evening and handling two flat tires far from home with clear options given upfront.

Calls typically receive a response inside 10 to 30 minutes even late in the day or on weekends. The team explains the approach before starting and sends confirmation once the work finishes. Rates run about 30 percent lower on towing and 50 percent lower on roadside jobs compared with larger providers, with no added fees reported after the initial quote. Service stays limited to the listed towns and stays available every day of the week.

The business carries a DIRT Score of 4.7 along with a Google rating of 4.9 from 135 reviews. People keep mentioning quick arrivals, clear communication, and fair charges that match the work performed. DIRT Score 4.7 from reviews on Finds.

“Excellent towing service. They were quick, efficient, and very professional. The driver arrived in about 20 minutes, which was much faster than I expected. Everything was handled smoothly, and I really appreciated the prompt and reliable service.”

“Road Angel is amazing! Needed help with a flat tire and they were there in less than 30 minutes. Friendly, quick, reasonably priced and they do a great job. This is the second time I have used their services, I would definitely recommend!”

“After multiple failed attempts wirh other towing agencies sending the wrong equipment, or lying about how soon they would arrive, Jimmy and his team kept their word. It’s appreciated when people deliver on their commitment and don’t overpromise.”

“Ok, the man that gave me a jumpstart could have smiled when i tipped . But i got 5 star service meaning time awsome. Results awsome. Got what i needed in a timely manner.”

“Road Angel assisted in jump starting my battery. They were quick on arrival, professional, and delivered excellent service! Highly recommended!”

“My car broke down at my daughter’s school and I trying to get some help. I went through google and I found Road Angel. Jimmy came to the rescue and gave me a jump start. Thank you so much.”

“Was in a pinch where 2 tires popped with no spare and over an hour away from home. Reached out over a Google search and they gave me my options and provided the tow and don't think the cost of the tow was outrages I believe it was more than fair.”

“My daughter's car had a bad axle and was parked head in with vehicles on both sides. RoadAngel was the third towing company I contacted. They were the only one that explained how they would get the vehicle out of the parking spot and not create additional damage by using a Dolly on the wheel with the bad axle. Their price was fair, and I was refunded an additional service charge for a service they didn't need to perform. Junior, I appreciate your professionalism. Abdul, thank you for sticking to your word in spite of the difficulties you encountered on that day. Based on my experience, I highly recommend RoadAngel.”

“They came out on a Saturday evening and towed my boat trailer with the boat on it. They did a great job!”

“Fast service, polite driver and attention to detail! I highly recommend Road Angel!”

“I can't say enough good things about RoadAngel. They truly saved the day when I found myself stranded at home with a dead battery. From the moment I called them, their service was nothing short of exceptional and extremely fast. Their customer support was friendly, professional, and understanding. They patiently listened to my situation and dispatched help promptly. Within 20 minutes, a skilled and friendly technician arrived at my home with a new battery in hand! The pricing was also transparent and reasonable, with no hidden fees or surprises. They were upfront about the costs, and I felt confident in the value I received for the service rendered. RoadAngel turned what could have been a stressful and frustrating experience into a smooth and positive one. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable roadside assistance. Thank you, RoadAngel, for your outstanding service and for going the extra mile for your customers! Keep up the fantastic work!”

“Fast, Convenient, and Top Quality Service I had a busted and flat tire as my car hit a curb pretty bad. I managed to drive it back to my garage but was stuck with no way to get to a shop late at night or early morning. I’m glad I found RoadAngel. First time using a mobile tire replacement service and the whole process was easy and quick. They came within 30 mins of our first call and replaced my tire directly in my garage and my car was ready to go again in no time. Highly recommended.”

“Very impressed with the customer service and efficiency! Road Angel was friendly, arrived quickly and sent photos to confirm when the job was complete. They are also very reasonably priced. This is the only towing service we’ll use from now on! You’re in good hands with them!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with RoadAngel on multiple occasions and every time has been an exceptional experience. From booking to delivery, the service was smooth, and communication was pristine. This is a company that provided me with stress-free experiences regarding the towing of my vehicles. Thank you RoadAngel!”

“Please believe all 5 star reviews, they deserve no less! It was 7 in the morning and I am pulling out of my apartments with my husband and kids, boom battery dies! I called a few places and their prices were through the roof, no transparency, and I still would have had to wait 60-90 minutes. I called Road Angel, I think it was Jimmy that was out within 10-15 mins (could have been less) to give us a jump. Turned out we needed an entirely new battery. I asked just for the jump, he was super nice gave us a jump and headed back out. I got back in to my apartments and confirmed we needed a new battery (🤦🏽‍♀️) I’m not sure if they even made it back to their office before I called again! Someone (still think it was Jimmy) was back out in less than an hr with a new battery and they installed it as well! The pricing was more than reasonable, the customer service was great, and my issue was solved in less time than it would have taken someone from anywhere else just to get to me for a jump! I’ve saved the # in a safe place!!! If need be, I would use them again for sure!! Thank you for making my already hectic morning a little better!”

“Excellent service! Very professional, responsive and wonderful to work with.”

“Road Angel was a lifesaver! They came and picked me up and took care of everything I needed in a very tough situation in a new area to me. He explained everything and helped me so much. I would definitely highly recommend this business. They lived up to their name Road Angel”

“Incredible service from a company that actually cares about the customer experience. Very professional towing company that was easy to schedule and very prompt with the pickup of my sons car. They respond with exactly what you need, when you really need it. I am an honest customer that chose the company from Google maps based on the location and ratings, but they really exceeded my expectations. Thanks again for your help. Highly recommend!!”

“Fantastic experience in an incredibly stressful situation. Fast, Responsive, and affordable compared to most others. They needed to do extra work to get it towed given the circumstance I was in, but the additional charge was minimal. They got there much faster than they originally estimated even though it was late at night. The driver was very professional and a quick problem solver. I can’t say that I’ve ever had such a positive experience with a tow company. I certainly recommend.”

“We had a blowout on a brand new tire. We called these guys and within half an hour a very capable man was there changing our tire. Great service! Very quick! Thank you so much!”
