“Locked keys in my car. Called 1st class because it was less than a mile away. Senior citizen feeling vulnerable and needing to get in my car, I made hasty and stupid decision to get it done. Tech gave estimate when he arrived as "estimates are not given over the phone". Should've been a red flag. Cost was 125.00 for service call and additional 185.00 to unlock. As I said, I was stupid but did have enough gumption to agree to bring price down to 250.00, "Senior Discount". Later discovered my insurance actually covers the service as part of my policy. They are willing to consider some reimbursement but need an itemized statement to verify the work. The receipt 1st Class emailed me says the work was a "custom job" so that's misleading in order to justify the charge. I went to the storefront on Arapaho at 11 AM on a weekday to address the matter during advertised business hours. Door was locked. Called main number and spoke to Russell who said business is mobile only, no storefront. He promised manager would call to address the overcharge and misleading receipt. That was last week. Hope lots will read this and know to watch out for this co. Contacted Better Business Bureau to file com”

“Terrible experience. Called because my key was broken in the lock. Jonathan arrived and was very nice. He removed the cylinder and went to his van. He came back and said it would have to be rekeyed. I wanted the same key I had. He installed the new cylinder but was a chrome color and my door hardware is gold. He said he didn’t have gold and charged me $478.40. I left for a night meeting and when I returned the door would not unlock. I called back and they said he would return next day at 10:00. I was locked out of house since I didn’t have my garage key and spent night with son. Next day he returned and worked on it again and said was fixed. When I left I for store the door would not lock so I had to go back in house, lock door from inside house and exit from garage. I called back and was told someone would call me but they never called. For weeks I’m unable to use my front door and will have to have an entire new lock set installed. 1 star is too high of a rating for them.”
