“❌ Sure Lock & Key / Sure Lock and Key (DBA SLK Global AKA The Right Choice Locksmith) What was supposed to be a simple key fob service turned into a nightmare. A technician dispatched by Sure Lock & Key did not have the proper equipment and, without my consent, removed the ignition from my vehicle, leaving the car inoperable and causing over $3,000 in damage. The technician took the ignition with him, forcing me to wait several days and giving only a limited window to retrieve my personal property. Because the vehicle was disabled, I had to hire a driver to recover my belongings and later hire a tow truck just to take the car to a repair shop for a damage estimate. Since then, management has ignored all calls and emails and has taken no responsibility. While trying to resolve this, I noticed additional transparency concerns. My invoice lists Sure Lock & Key with DBA SLK Global, which appears to be connected to other business names including, but not limited to, The Right Choice Locksmith and A1 Doors. I also observed that multiple business names appear to share the same phone numbers, addresses, and individuals. Additionally, the company advertises many service locations throug”

“STAY AWAY‼️‼️The “technician” that came to replace my key was a complete scammer. I was quoted a certain number plus a convenience fee which was reasonable. The guy shows up, fills out a ticket number with all charge details (didn’t include the prices) and makes me sign to agree to pay. He didn’t tell me the price even after i asked him twice. He was done pretty quick but when i went to go pay, i notice the price he’s about to charge is nearly TRIPLE of what i was quoted. (I was quoted 150 for key, 29 for convenience fee. was expecting 170-190 after all). This guy legit wanted to charge me 560 and smirked when he told me that i already signed and agreed. I refused and told him exactly what I was quoted. He tried to argue which was funny but when I told him i’ll call the number again to get my quote, all of a sudden he says he made a mistake and corrected the amount. He even insisted I pay with Zelle which i know for sure was going straight to his pocket. He then tried to get all apologetic about it but i was already halfway to my doorstep. ‼️‼️DONT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. ‼️‼️”

They are a great company to work with and knowledgeable of their businessI feel the need to update my review after a few days there product quit working and they did try to make it right. And it worked for a while and stopped again. Called them again and they are researching why. But they also seem less knowledgeable than I thought and there call center doesn’t appear to know anything about the fact that I had already called about the problem. So I’ll say if you need a key for now I wouldn’t recommend them and for the need to call me back don’t because apparently y’all can’t help and don’t need anything but a refund because two attempts is enough. So save yourself the hassle and just pay the dealership and get one that works”

“Bought a 2008 (18 yr old) Jaguar that came with one key, and a key fob that did not work. The dealership would not help me! Crazy, as I didn't think the car was that old. I programmed some new Fobs which I purchased, and Matt promptly came to my home and cut the keys and matched them to my car's security system. Fast professional and very friendly. “Absolutely awful company. I paid $500 in October 2025 to have a brand new key made for my car. Here we are in February 2026. Only four months later and that $500 key fob is already having issues. When I called to try to have this issue corrected, I was told the warranty only lasted 30 days. If I would like to have this issue resolved, I would have to pay even more money to have a technician come back out and see what’s going on. For $500 the best this company can offer you is 30 days of assurance that your brand new key fob and equipment provided by their company will stay working. Awful, awful, awful business to use.”
