The business is U.S. Army veteran-owned and covers residential lock work, commercial lock changes, car and motorcycle keys, key duplication, and handyman tasks tied to locks. They keep hours from 7 AM to 11 PM daily and accept walk-ins after a call ahead.

Customers report Roman handling same-day car key replacements on weekends at solid prices, opening back doors after garden lockouts, and swapping two door locks within two hours of a quote. Max has programmed truck key fobs in under 30 minutes and replaced lost car keys to get vehicles running again. Other calls brought El for quick deadbolt fixes, Roman for rekeying multiple locks after a no-show from another outfit, and same-day service for new home lock installs plus strike plates to align doors properly.

Technicians show up within minutes on emergency calls or a couple hours on standard jobs, often the same day including Sundays. Reviewers note prices land reasonable next to other quotes they received, with clear communication on arrival times. The crew works mobile throughout Richmond, Pecan Grove, Long Meadow Farms, Harvest Green, and the rest of Fort Bend County, taking direct calls to the listed number for scheduling.

The Google rating sits at 4.9. Recurring points in the reviews cover fast arrivals, professional handling by Roman and Max, and clean results on keys plus locks, though one review flagged extra charges beyond the initial quote and a follow-up needed on a front door lock.

“Roman arrived promptly after another company was a no-show. He was professional and courteous. He had our locks re-keyed in a reasonable amount of time and they work!”

“I had Roman come out to my new home yesterday and he did a great job installing the lock to the back door. He also installed the new lock on the front door however it does not lock all the way so we will have to do a follow up. He also installed two new heavy duty strike plates which is the reason the door wasn’t lining up all the way into the door jamb. He also made it so one key fits for all three doors which is great!”

“I had a new key that needed to be programmed for my truck, and this locksmith handled it perfectly. They showed up on time, were super professional, and got everything working quickly and smoothly. The key was programmed flawlessly, and the whole process was stress-free. If you need key programming or any locksmith service, this is the person to call. Highly recommend! “El came in quick and easy done in 1 minute 🙏🏻great work”

“Be warned. The price they tell you to come out is just that. The price you pay for them to work is extra. They were not upfront about this. My $65 charge turned into $195. Apparently they charge by the number of locks picked. So he refused to pick the one that was just a deadbolt, instead of the door that was handle lock and deadbolt. Locksmith that showed up was not skilled. He tried for 15 minutes and then gave up. Dude spent more time wandering around and on the phone than actually trying to open the door.”

“Roman, our locksmith was very quick to respond to our service call. Additionally, he was very prompt to the appointment and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Roman to anyone looking for locksmith! A+ service”
