“We observed a driver of the 307 marked fendered truck operating at excessive speeds on Park Row, seemingly engaged in an impromptu race with another black tow truck. God forbid If i would have had to slam on my brakes for something in front of me i am sure he would have rear eneded me... They werent going anywhere they were just driving recklessly I wouldn't recommend such a reckless company. Just my two cents...”

“Tonight their driver at highway 6 and w little York nearly caused multiple car pileup when rushing to get a tow locked it up realizing they were about to run a stale red. I was nearly in a serious wreck because of their actions.”

“Witnessed one of their trucks driving 80+ mph on a two lane road (FM 529), weaving in and out of traffic, driving on the shoulder and into oncoming traffic. Some of the worst and most aggressive driving I have ever seen trying to get to a minor accident just to make some $$. Almost caused multiple other wrecks. If they just drove with traffic they would have arrived 20 seconds later. Very unnecessary 5:50pm, 11/6/25, FM 529 and Elyson”

“These guy were just great all around they came within 15 minutes and towed my car to house safely i also want mention i called 3 other companies and this one was the cheapest and better eta”

“Terrible drivers just watched a driver in a black truck run a red light cut off 2 cars in traffic in a hurry to get somewhere I’ll never do business with any company that operates in such an unsafe manner.”

“I have a project car that’s been sitting at a shop for some months and decided to pick it up but the tow truck company that works with the shop tried charging me 170 to move the car less than 3 miles away. Looked around and Called yesterday to get my car moved and they were quick with a response. Let them know I was at work and that I just wanted to get a price and see if I could set up at time for later in the day and they gave me a great price and they were on time even though I was a few minutes late. Tow truck driver was extra careful with my car even tho it’s a project so it doesn’t look to great. He got in the exact spot and passion I needed it in even though it was a tight fit just as I asked. Worked out a really great deal with them pricing. Glad I called ! Great customer service all around the board. 100/10 recommended. Will be calling everytime I need something moved!”

“They arrive within like 10 minutes, and just as quickly as they arrived, they finished putting my truck in the driveway.”

“While driving on Queenston today I encountered a Rhinos tow truck driver who was driving erratically and ignoring all rules of the road - putting all nearby drivers at risk. If that’s how they drive I definitely do not want them towing my vehicles.”

“Tristan was great. Didn’t wait long for the pick up. Service was honestly amazing definitely recommend”

“I can't say enough good things about Rhino's Towing and their owner, Amir. My 2023 Nissan Rogue unexpectedly wouldn't start after work today, and Amir was an absolute lifesaver. He was incredibly professional and efficient, getting my car safely from my workplace back to my home. Beyond the excellent towing service, Amir's knowledge was truly commendable. He thoughtfully mentioned that many newer cars still have a 2-year battery warranty, which I wasn't aware of – a helpful tip that saved me a potential headache! His kindness and hospitality were remarkable throughout the entire process. If you ever find yourself in a bind and need reliable towing, I highly recommend Rhino's Towing. Thank you again, Amir, for your outstanding help!”

“You guys should teach your drivers to not speed and keep zigzagging through school zone traffic during school dismissal, with no signals. This was on fry road right in front of cySpringsHS and Hooper MS….They were NOT going to a call because we turned in to the same parking lot.HCW307 on the side with a Smurf character on it.”

“Towing service is A1!!! Amir came fast and was very helpful. Id recommend first to anybody. Dont hesitate!”

“These guys were really professional and fast. Very honest people and I will definitely be calling them again when I need any assistance with my vehicle.”

“I can't tell you enough good things about this company. We needed two vehicles moved ( due to not running) called them yesterday and they came first thing this morning, moved them immediately, put them where we needed. Our driver was the sweetest, most patient, courtious man I have encountered in a long time. Thank you so much Sendy.... Rhino's Towing is the best. WE definately will use them again. This is our second time using them....Pricing was very reasonable.”
