RH Painting & Drywall LLC

RH Painting & Drywall LLC handles painting and drywall work out of Bessemer. Ruben runs the crew and they take on interior and exterior painting along with drywall hanging finishing and repairs plus other home improvement tasks. The business has operated since 2012 and covers more than ten cities around Birmingham. They handle both English and Spanish speaking customers and focus on making homes functional through these services.

Customers call them for ceiling replacements after water leaks or holes from accidents. Ruben and his crew have fixed drywall in basements and garages including a 42 by 30 foot space where they hung finished and painted the walls. They have painted entire rooms and exteriors with high quality paint while also installing porcelain tile floors in one case. Poyo and Alejandro showed up for detailed ceiling work and wall patches and left the areas clean. Ruben handled quick responses on text messages and came out the same day for quotes on multiple jobs.

The crew arrives on time even when the site sits an hour away and they keep in touch throughout each day. Ruben provides estimates the same evening after a consult and they start work the next day or within 48 hours on urgent repairs. Pricing stays reasonable with extra work discussed and agreed on before it begins. They protect floors and furniture during jobs and clean up fully at the end. The team works steadily through long days and returns for follow up projects when needed.

“Was a little skeptical about choosing a painting company from a google search. But I contacted them by text and got a return text quickly with a consult the same day. Also got the quote that evening. The work we needed done included a good many repairs to ceiling and walls. Ruben and his crew did an outstanding job, in a timely manner. They were pleasant and professional. So far they have done two jobs for us and we have the next one scheduled. Highly recommend RH Painting”

“I cannot recommend R&H enough!!! They were outstanding. We are failed DIYers and this company came to the rescue. We called for services on a Saturday and by Sunday - he was there. Reasonable pricing, outstanding customer service, and beautiful work!! If you are searching for someone to get the job done - look no further. You found your crew with R&H.”

“Mr. Ruben and his crew did a great job repairing a hole in our ceiling. It was a small task but it made a big difference. Mr. Ruben and his staff were polite and courteous when they entered our home. We look forward to working with them again.”

“I used this company to hang and finish drywall in a basement room. They came out the same day I called for a quote (even though the room wasn't finished being framed in yet). They kept in contact with me until the room was ready. Once the room was ready on a Thursday, they came out again for the final measurements and started work on Monday. I am very satisfied with the work Poyo and the crew did. Its some of the better drywall finishing I've seen and done a lot faster than I expected. I will be keeping them in mind for the next project.”

“RH Drywall and Painting hung and finished a 42x30 garage for us. The crew was always on time and worked consistently till the job was complete. They were very respectful and cleaned up when done. I inquired of a ramp at the side entrance in which they built that and did a great job as well. Thanks Reuben for doing such a great job. I highly recommend this company!!”

“They did a fantastic job. They worked with attention to detail. They were perfectionist, one time, cleaned up, protected my home, and reasonably priced. I recommend giving the your business. I couldn't be more pleased. Will be working with them in the future.”

“Ceiling replaced and painted in two rooms. Very nice and professional group. Job was completed in two days. Very happy with the results and will use this company again in the future.”

“The first time I used RH Painting and Drywall we had them clean and paint the exterior of our house. Their pricing was fair, quality was great, and the crew was able to complete the job quickly. Beyond the great service, they used good high-quality paint. A few months later I had a mishap in the attic one night and stepped through the ceiling. After my tirade was over, I message RH to get the repair process started. Within a 48 hour period my ceiling was repaired perfectly. I cannot brag enough on this company, and I plan to use them once again for future painting and drywall needs.”

“Man what can I say? Reuben and his crew are top notch. All are hard and diligent workers. I hired him as a sub to do some block work for me originally and had him come back to paint a basement ceiling black and do some drywall at a clients house before I install a golf simulator for them. Despite the vast amount of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC in the area, RH Painting and Drywall did a killer job on painting this ceiling and getting every spot from every angle. They made quick work of the prep, drywall hanging, and first coat of ceiling paint with a 5 man crew and then had Alejandro here for the next two days to finish out the drywall and finalize the spot check and second cost of ceiling paint. Highly impressed with their professionalism and courteous nature as well as with their work. Ive already planned to have him back to hang and finish the drywall on the home gym area ill be building out for my clients sometime within the next two months. Thank you Reuben, Alejandro, and the rest of your crew!!”

“I was very pleased with the immediate response when I was looking for someone to paint a room. Ruben came out gave me an estimate and they came the next day and did the painting. Very well done and very polite gentleman.”

“I called on this company to come & look at a job to take up wood flooring, and install porcelain hardwood floors. This company’s owner, Mr. Rueben was professional, courteous, knowledgeable about floors, and the different things needing to be done. His crew did not play around, mindful to clean up work site, and I feel he was reasonable. Job lasted about 5 days. Awesome work, he is my go to company as long as he continues the work ethics that his company presently possess. Floors turned out GREAT!!!!!! A+++++ First picture is old floor. Second picture, new porcelain hardwood floor.”

“They were fantastic. They showed up exactly on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I was shocked how well they cleaned up afterwards. After seeing the beautiful work they did repairing our ceiling after a water leak and painted the entire ceiling to match, we are hiring them again! I highly recommend them, and I am not an easy one to please.”

“Ruben and his team are very professional. They did a great job. Completed the work on time and at an affordable price. Definitely using their services again for future projects.”

“Responded promptly to a request for a visit to evaluate the job. Provided a detailed estimate quickly. Cleared up questions about the pricing without delay. Was able to start the job without delay. Provided ample manpower to handle the job. Arrived promptly each day even though the job was about an hour from their base and worked diligently throughout the day into the late afternoon. The job required very detailed and labor-intensive preparation work which they carried out in great detail. Extra repairs that surfaced after the job started were discussed with me and a reasonable price was agreed to before being completed. This job occurred during some of the hottest weather we have experienced this year, but they worked through it without delay. During a brief rain delay, I was notified promptly. The owner was always on the job, and he and all workers were pleasant, quiet and maintained a neat and clean job site. If the owner or I had any questions or concerns they were discussed and resolved immediately with the caveat that I would be satisfied with the outcome. The job came with a 2 year warranty and I am confident that that will be honored if needed. This is absolutel”
